Rozmanitá práce Někteří kolegové jsou super

Nízký plat Neustálé audity na vše možné, stahování hodin, člověk dělá za tři a ještě je jim to málo. Hpp si nemůže zvolit směny a dpp ano.

Solidarita

V zimních, méně vydelecnych měsících se snižuje počet hodin pro zaměstnance na minimum, a to i na úkor zákazníků a vizuálu prodejny - méně pokladních, prostoru do doplňování zboží, čistotu, počtu pokladní.

Pravidelný plat, příslib vyšší hodnoty strávenek.

Naddelavani svátků, neustálé kontroly, chování některých zákazníků. Málo hodin pro zaměstnance.
