Možnost kariérního růstu.
Vadí mi, že není žádná odměňovací a motivační složka. Lidé chodí do práce pro peníze. A člověk, který chce pracovat a dělá svou práci více než dobře zasloužil by si například nějakou odměnu v daném měsíci . Naopak zamci, kteří na práci prdí, vzala bych jim z výplaty aby si uvědomili, že nedělají něco dobře nebo by měli zabrat. Samozřejmě tím myslím zamce , který dělá chyby vědomě a pořád
