Mám práci v místě bydliště.

Stále se ubírají hodiny a lidi a vedemí chce mít práci hotovou stejně kvalitně ,což není možné.Každá práce potřebuje svůj čas a dvě věci zároveň se dělat nedají.Pracuje se tady v čím dál větším stresu,ať to stihnu,jinak dostanu seřváno. Odpolední zboží by mělo jezdit nejpozději do 16hod.,aby se stačilo všechno vybalit a nachystat na druhý den. Nemělo by se pořád přehazovat zboží v regáleh.Zákazníky to odrazuje. Navýšení platu - 17000-20000Kč čistého /podle toho kolik mi naplánují hodin/ nic moc.Hodiny se ubírají i po naplánování směn. Rychlejší skenery,které se nebudou pořád odhlašovat.Strašně to zdržuje práci.A dvě funkční tiskárny.

Manažer prodejny, neschopnost vedení manažera a neznalost právě skutečnosti na prodejně ve vyšším vedení. Zároveň držet se jen postupu na papíru a neschopnost administrativnich kolegů teorii skloubit se skutečností
