Jsem spokojena s vyhověním směn, kdy potřebuji, to je pro mě nejdůležitější. Peníze jsou taky pěkné. Avšak lidé musí být rychlí a šikovní. Take je důležité umět komunikovat s lidmi a nebát se ozvat.
Chybí mi tu více komunikace mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměstnancem, který je v prodejně nový. Ocenila bych větší profesionální chování u manažerů a aby vyřizovali papíry s respektem a nemusel je člověk nahánět 3 týdny, než je pak pozdě.

Konečně zvýšily stravenky
Ano nelíbí se mi jak stále se ubírají zaměstnancům hodiny a nahrazují brigádníky kteří tuto práci neodvádí jak by měli nebo nepřijdou vůbec.

Každý rok se Albert snaží dorovnat mzdy vzhledem k inflaci a konkurenci. U firmy je možnost rozvoje a karierního růstu.
