Férové a příjemné chování. Snadná domluva Snaží se vyhovět, tak, aby obě strany byly spokojené Zajímavé benefity - zejména angličtina Příjemné pracovní prostředí
Asi jenom drobnost, ale je to počet dní dovolené, když člověk nastupuje. Naopak počet dní stoupá s počtem roků což je příjemné.

Oceňuji individuální přístup k zaměstnancům a ohledy na jejich přání a potřeby. Vstřícný a přátelský kolektiv pracující v příjemném, klidném a inspirativním prostředí dává vzniknout někdy až neskutečným projektům.
