Vyrábíme ty nejlepší nástupní systémy do vlaků, metra a tramvají pro celý svět. S dveřmi z IFE-CR se brzy setkáte v londýnském metru, v pařížských příměstských vlacích nebo v českém Pendolinu i Railjetu. IFE vyrábí díly do vlaků a vlaky jsou jeden s nejekologičtějších dopravních prostředků.
Work in an international environment
IFE je v podstatě Knorr-Bremse (je to její divize) a Knorr-Bremse je velká německá společnost s výrobními podniky po celém světě.

Opportunity to use foreign languages
Na kancelářských pozicích se cizí jazyk využívá na denní bázi, ať již v mluvené, tak v psané formě.
Pleasant work environment
Celá firma je velmi čistá, v kancelářích příjemné nové pracovní židle.

IFE je moderní čistá firma. Cítím, že vedení firmy (vč. centrály Korr-Bremse) se snaží pro své zaměstnance udělat maximum. IFE razí kulturu firmy, která je mi blízká. IFE má super výrobek.
Nestrukturovanost. Část výroby funguje jako nezávislé výrobní středisko (segmentová struktura), další část výroby segmentovou strukturu nemá.

Zajímavá práce. Super kolektiv. Zajímavé benefity. Možnost profesního růstu. Zvyšování kvalifikace = školení, kurzy atd.
Lepší komunikace a předávání informací managementu směrem k zaměstnancům. Rychlejší rozhodování o např. investicích atd.
