Mladý dynamický kolektiv, zajímavé zakázky, stavební výroba s denním dojížděním - OK.
Fixní plat, nezohledňuje snahu navíc, není ohodnoceno výrazně úspěšné splnění náročných úkolů (zakázek) a přesčasů a víkendů. Nejde čerpat klidnou dovolenou alespoň 2 týdny.

Vedení společnosti má velmi silné sociální cítění, které mimo jiné dokazují také svými charitativními aktivitami.

V této firmě celkově oceňuji přístup vedení k zaměstnancům a snaha o vytvoření vhodného prostředí k práci. Nelze opomenout různé benefity- od stravenek až po různé sportovní a společenské akce.

Benefity firmy jsou zajímavé a určitě je oceňuji. Dále dobrá nálada a příjemné jednání se zaměstnanci i při řešení problémů nebo možnost dalšího vzdělání. Mám ke své práci k dispozici příjemné pracovní prostředí.
Určitě bych ocenila pružnou pracovní dobu, protože každý člověk je jiný, a ne všichni mají mozkovou činnost na vrcholu po ránu. Určitě bych to ocenila i v případě rodinných záležitostí. Nemůžu říct, že bych byla vyloženě nespokojená s platem, ale mohlo by to být lepší.
