Cením si snad nejvíce toho,že je zaměstnavatel celkem tolerantní a za celou moji více jak 10 letou kariéru vždy přišla mzda na účet tak jak měla a že zde máme odbory,které zaměstnavatel respektuje
Určitě bych nechal zlepšit prostředí,nechal bych vyměnit pár lidí,kteří tam bohužel nemají co dělat a rozhodně bych zlepšil platové podmínky dělníkům,protože hlavně ti mají tu největší zásluhu na splnění plánů,což si kolikrát vedení neuvědomuje
