Firma si své zaměstance spíše drží, je znát zázemí velké firmy v ještě větším koncernu. Spoustu lidí je ve firmě 10 nebo i více jak 20 let. Myslím že člověk pracující v Porsche ČR se může spolehnout na slušnou, jistě a postupně rostoucí mzdu a benefity.
