Nadřízení vychází vstříc při plánování směn. Občas trochu hapruje kolektiv, ne na každého se můžete spolehnout, nadřízení v tomto nechtějí moc pomoc. Občas dost nepříjemná nálada na oddělení.

S platem, s benefity, s otevřeným jednáním .
Málo parkovacích míst.

Chápeme, že někdy při výměně směny je složitější najít parkování v nejbližším okolí budovy. Stále však máte možnosti zaparkovat zdarma ve vzdálenosti pár minut chůze od pracoviště.

S dostupností zdravotnického materiálu na pracovišti, se staničním lékařem. Benefit na dovolenou, začátek a konec pracovní doby. Ochotný přístup personalistky.
Plánování služeb, pozdní informace o změnách z řad vedení. Neohodnocování kvalitní poskytované péče.
