Velká fluktuace lidí v obchodním týmu, který čítá 10 lidí se za posledních 5let vystřídalo: 5 obchodních ředitelů, 22 lidí na zákaznickém servisu a 21 obchodníků. Benefity: balíček vitamínů na vánoce, soukromé km které byli v minulosti hrazeny firmou, již nyní nejsou
Vylepšit zákaznickou orientovanost firmy, jelikož nyní je orientována především výrobně. Dále systematičnost práce a automatizace procesů. A především nejednat se zaměstnanci falešně
