Stará fabrika i její vybavení, klidná práce bez stresu. Vhodná pro ženský s dětmi. Nebyl problém jít dříve z práce když byla potřeba a potom si to nadělat. atd. Byla jsem tam ráda, měla jsem skvělý kolektiv. Když jsem odcházela, opravdu jsem brečela. Vydržela bych tam do důchodu.
Mohlo by to tam jít trochu víc s dobou, stroje , vybavení a vzhled se tam zastavil před 50 lety.

Mzdu v mém oboru a ocenění zkušeností, ale neplatí to pro všechny pracovní zařazení. Já si stěžovat nemohu. Zaměstnání na jednu směnu, volné víkendy a proplácení části cestovného. Firemní benefity podprůměrné. Ochota majitelů firmy k osobnímu jednání v případě vzniklých požadavků či problémů.
Asi nějaké roční odměny (13. plat), podíl na důchodovém pojištění.
