Oceňuji jak všichni táhneme za jeden provaz pro splnění firemních výsledků, veselou přátelskou atmosféru a skvělé jednorožčí kolegy. Je super být součástí tak rychle se rozvíjejícího HR-tech startupu jako je Talentem.

Rozhodně oceňuji možnost plně se projevit a realizovat vlastní nápady. I přes mnoho změn, které s sebou růst společnosti nese, cítím jistotu v základech a to je pro mě důležité. Současně velmi oceňuji work-life balance, který společnost podporuje.

Možnost kariérního růstu. Individuální přístup, který umožňuje zaměstnancům vykonávat povinnosti tak, jak si je nastaví.
Hodně by se mi do budoucna líbílo mít nějaký příspěvek na jídlo, například nějakou stravenkovou kartu.

V Talent'em mám maximální svobodu, podporu a důvěru vedení, na druhou stranu se očekává samostatnost a výsledky. Máme zde atmosféru start-upu, ale díky podpoře silné matky máme mnoho výhod v podobě podpory inovací a přístupu k produktům našich sesterských firem.
Často se mění strategie a směřování firmy, filozofie Sky is no limit zde platí na 100%. Musíme být schopní obhájit si své místo.
