Ve společnosti prochází všichni počátečním školením. Práci se lze poměrnė rychle naučit (standartně do 1 měsíce, nadstandartně do 3 měsíců), pokud je vhodnou parketou pro uchazeče. Není ale vhodná pro každého. Odhaduji, že u prodejců na telefonu zůstává ve firmě nad 1 měsíc zhruba 10-25% proškolených operátorů, nad 3 měsíce 5-10%.
