Vedení lpí na přesném dodržování pracovní doby od 7-15.30. Vedení zastává názor, že kdo potřebuje zůstat přesčas, nedělá svou práci efektivně. Ve firmě se vypíná centrálně proud, takže ani není možná práce přesčas.
