Výroba v HESTEGU je zakázková a zákazníci mají často náročná přání. Navíc se stává, že se zákaznické zadání v průběhu realizace může trochu změnit. Je třeba na to reagovat pružně a s úsměvem. Podle starého známého rčení "Náš zákazník - náš pán".
