I work in the environment that I feel happy and with good persons surrounds me from Management through Production floor. And of course good salary that I can support well my family. Plus I feel the effort of the Company to help everyone.

For me based in my experience here in Hestego I am satisfied and no more any comments.

The bonus monthly but its better last year bonus

The salary raise because in the example is 45 kc plus but the real is only 6 kc. And the bonus is going the small... and this year salary raise is very small the other new is more big.. even he is new employee...
