Ocenuji predevsim rozvinutou firemni kulturu ve vsech jejich oblastech a prikladnou peci managementu o sve zamestnance! Dale bych chtel vyzvednout predevsim skvely zamestnanecky kolektiv, ktery uz mnohokrat prokazal, ze umi tahnout za jeden provaz - a to me bavi!
Pracovni prostredi by se mohlo trochu zvednout a firemnich benefitu neni nikdy dost ;)

Dobrá nálada na pracovišti. Práce na zajímavých projektech. Super firemní akce. Když si nevím rady, vždy je se na koho obrátit. Svému nadřízenému mohu říct svůj názor, i když jde proti jeho názoru a nemusím se bát, že by mě za to nějakým způsobem trestal.
Mezinárodně jsme obrovská firma, ve které je mnoho procesů, které zbytečně zdržují a přidávají nesmyslnou práci.

Silná rodinná firma, která je velmi dobře vnímaná nejen v ČR. Velmi dobrý přístup nadřízených i kolegů. Spousta benefitů.

Viessmann je rodinnna firma a prodava kvalitni vyrobky, atmosfera ve firme je velice dobra, sefove i kolektiv pratelsky, vychazi zamestnancum vstric. Firma nabizi zajimave benefity, home office, letni terasu. Kazdy zde ma moznost rustu, kazdy se zde muze vypracovat. U firmy jsem spokojena, nemenila bych.
Zmodernizovat pracovni prostredi a nabidnout vice bemefitu.
