Bohužel, ke konci už vůbec s ničím.
Zcela nekoncepční styl řízení, bez vize a tahu na branku. Neochota uznat dobrou práci, neochota vážit si zaměstnanců.

možnost uplatnit kreativitu, není to stereotypní práce
nerovnoměrný přístup vedení k zaměstnancům, neexistence cíle společnosti, absence racionálního vedení k cíli, konkurenční atmosféra, kdy si vzájemně části firmy škodí

Oceňuji zejména spolupráci s kolegy ve svém oddělení a s tím spojenou důvěru od přímého nadřízeného. Dále pružnou pracovní dobu či možnosti benefitů.
Vadí mi nespolupráce s ostatními odděleními, jejich neochota pomoci. Špatná komunikace napříč všemi odděleními, občasné házení "klacků pod nohy". Dále mi vadí měření dvojím metrem na určité zaměstnance, které je často do očí bijící.
