pravidelná výplata na účet
Až moc velký dohled nad zaměstnanci. Protekce pro vybrané. Typické je nezvedání platu po mnoho let - 10 a více.

S výborným kolektivem, který tam v doby, kdy jsem tam pracovala byl. Moc ráda na ně vzpomínám.
Už si nepamatuji. V podstatě je to vždy o lidech.
Pleasant work environment
Upřímně, jsem z firmy více než 10 let a je těžké hodnotit jaké je to ve firmě v roce 2022. V době, kdy jsem tam pracovala to byla pro mě skvělá zkušenost. Líbilo se mi prostředí firmy a byla kolem mě opravdu fajň parta lidí,0 od kterých jsem se hodně naučila a čerpán z toho do dnes. A za to PROMETU děkuju a vzpomínám na něj ráda. Je tam i pár much, ale kde není :-).

Místy narazíte na fajn kolegu. Ale to je tak 1/100 ...
Osobně firmu nedoporučuji, pokud Vám záleží na pracovním prostředí a rozvíjení vztahů na pracovišti.
