Velmi rozumný a věcný přístup při zavádění a zlepšování norem a regulací. Skvělý přístup k zaměstnancům jako matkám a otcům od rodiny.

Práce je zajímavá a davá smysl, kolegové a kolegýně jsou moc fajn. Nadřízení v otázkách platu a ohodnocení nejsou vstřicní.

Rozhodně vstřícný přístup k matkám s dětmi. Možnost pracovat na zkrácený úvazek. 1x ročně výjezd do Znojma spojený s různými aktivitami, hrazeno zaměstnavatelem.
Obecně jsou u tohoto zaměstnavatele nižší mzdy. Dobře odvedená práce se bere jako samozřejmost, nechválí se, neoceňuje se. Úkoly neschopných pracovníků se předávají těm schopným. Pro neschopného pracovníka nejsou vyvozeny žádné důsledky.
