Pružná pracovní doba Možnost Home office Firemní ntb, telefon Má práce je pestrá, není jednotvárná Pracuji ve firmě již přes 20 let a jsem spokojená, protože jsme tu tým inteligentních a přátelských lidí, kteří mají společný cíl - aby firma šlapala a měla dobré jméno na trhu. Navzájem se uznáváme a pomáháme si. Vedení je přátelské s lidským přístupem, zaměstnanci mají prostor se ke všemu vyjádřit. Společně podnikáme neformální výjezdní akce, trávíme spolu čas i mimo pracovní dobu.
Uvítala bych věrnostní příplatek, Sick day a automatické pravidelné např. každoroční zvyšování mzdy, které by korespondovalo minimálně s inflací.
