Pracovní doba - flexibilní 8 hodin včetně oběda. Moderní kanceláře, kuchyňky s erární kávou, čajem. Dobré benefity. Dobře zpracované interní předpisy.
Velké rozdíly v platech mezi managementem a "normálními" zaměstnanci.
