Vedoucí se vždy snaží vyjít vstříc. Bohužel na to sama doplácí.

Líbí se mi, že se jedná o malou firmu, kde se každý může vyjádřit a přispět vlastními nápady.
Všude něco je, ale po těch letech už jsem se s tím smířila a akceptovala, že to jiné nebude. Vyváží to ostatní věci.
Meaningful work
Od většiny klíčových pozic se očekává vlastní názor, vizionářské myšlení a inovativní myšlení. Jako tým chceme, abychom byli min. o dva kroky dál než konkurence.
Freedom and independence
Na pozicích, kde je to možné, je činnost volná a očekává se vysoká míra samostatnosti, na čemž pak závisí i výše výdělku.
