Možnost konat jiné zaměstnání v pracovní době, ve volné chvíli.
Skladba kolegů, kdy někteří kolegové prakticky neplní to, co v rámci jejich pracovní doby mají a ještě jsou nepříjemní na své vlastní klienty. Takto se dle mého názoru nemá fungovat v žádné práci, kde se jedná s lidmi.

Možnost plánovat si volno, i když bohužel často nelze plánovat nic.
Minimální mzda, v podstatě žádné benefity, úroveň pracoviště, nedostatečná úroveň čistoty
Jobs for people aged 50+
Vzhledem ke dvanáctihodinovým směnám a fyzicky nenáročné práci je to vhodné pro starší osoby, pokud není na překážku velmi nízké finanční ohodnocení.

- skvělý tým kolegů, se kterými se člověk rád sejde i ve svém volném čase - prostor pro vlastní kreativní návrhy a možnost realizovat vlastní projekty - časová flexibilita práce
- občas přílišná a zbytečná byrokracie - nevýhody spojené s prací ve veřejném sektoru, např. tabulkové platy (ovšem to samé platí i pro výhody :))
