Možnost napracovat si spoustu přesčasů byla výhoda
Kanceláře plné podrazáků lidí čekajících na to jak někomu zavařit. Zvenku sice nová hala, ale uvnitř muzeum a nevybavenost na pracovišti. Nepředstavitelná arogance od vedení.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Výroba je velice jednoduchá, tudíž vhodná pro lidi bez praxe. Jedná se pouze o soustružení průměrů, vrtání otvorů a frézování jednoduchých tvarů. Člověk se pouze naučí technologii a má vyhráno. Pro lidi s praxí absolutně ztráta času.

Pozice byla slušně zaplacena a výplata dorazila vždy včas a na začátku měsíce.
Mizerná úroveň údržby strojů což se v kombinaci s poměrně náročnými úkoly projevilo dost negativně.

Co slibi platí ,příspěvky navyšují výplata včas ,na dovolené i neplanovane se domluvíme.
Přístup k lidem každá chyba je trestána srážkou z pohyblivé složky platů není to nijak závratné třeba 300,500 Kč ale silne démonizující.

Vzali prakticky každého a nezáleží na kvalifikaci. Když nic nechcete a nic neděláte nikdo si vás nevšimne.
Snížil stavy ve vedení. Je tam spousta lidí co nic nedělají a léčí si komplexi na podřízení. Zavedl výdejnu, nebo alespoň objednával nástroje a spotřební zboží do zásoby a tím zkrátil čekací dobu ze 3 měsíců na pár minut.
