Vedení společnosti si neváží zaměstnanců. Projevuje se to hlavně nerespektováním času druhých, unáhlenými rozhodnutími, kdy se takzvaně hážou lidi přes palubu.

Kolegové byli fajn, na nic si na rozdíl od vedení nehráli.
Nesolidní jednání už během výběrového řízení, kdy se měnily podmínky inzerované pozice, kterou nakonec ještě během zkušební doby zaměstnavatel zrušil. Absolutní nedůvěra v manažerské rozhodování a řízení této firmy.
