Menší firma s možností rychlého karierního růstu. Zahraniční zákazníci. Denní kontakt s automotive OEM.
Interní procesy jsou velkou slabinou firmy. Firemní kultura jako taková je velmi žalostná. Žádné fir.akce, teambuildingy, téměř žádné systematické vzdělávání zaměstnanců. To vše by chtělo změnit.
