Špatný výběr lidí do pozic hlavně personál nadřízených co neměly párů jak funguje zde chaos systém..Improvizace ..ale fungovaly narozdíl od výmyslů podle norem atd.Za necelé dva roky se vystridaly například mistři směn.Nikam to nevedlo jen že se zbavovaly těch co nesly podle nich.
Plánování vyroby..a přístup plánovačů k výrobě ..Spolupráce mimo kancelář jim nepřišla důležitá

Benefity,prostředí a kolektiv. Pokud člověk opravdu umí pracovat není problém jej dobře zaplatit. Kariérní růst.
