Řád a pravidla jsou zakotvena již z dob vojenské základní služby a pokud někdo tedy chce řád a pravidla tohoto typu tak v DSZO je to pro něj ráj. Hlavně jak se říká držet pusu a krok.

Tak uchazeč o práci má jistotu v tom,že tady u městské dopravy ten provoz musí fungovat,takže když člověk nastoupí,tak práci má jistou.Jinak výplata každý měsíc pravidelně na účtu plus benefity a kartička MHD zadarmo i pro rodinné příslušníky.Kdo má zájem a bude volné místo,tak doporučuji.
