Příjemná atmosféra,práce v klidu bez nátlaku.
Na lajdaky a neschopné pracují ti pracovití a schopni a nic se s tím neděje.podminky pro všechny stejne .těží z toho ti ,kteří na to kašlou.

Politika firmy zahrnuje ,že nejvyšší vedení si plně uvědomuje,že spokojený zaměstnanec je základ úspěšné firmy a proto se snaží o pozitivní atmosféru.
Security and stability
Firma se v současné době rozšiřuje ,uzavírají se nove zakazky.Myslim ,že je to dostatečný důvod si myslet ,že firma má budoucnost a jistotu práce.Samozrejme pro lidi s dobrou pracovní morálkou a spolehlivostí.
