Jedinečná zkušenost budovat brand České republiky doma i ve světě. Široký záběr činností, takže je možnost se stále něčemu novému učit. V agentuře pracují nadšenci a srdcaři, kteří by si zasloužili odbornou i lidskou podporu.
Nefunkční nebo neexistující procesy, což vede k duplicitě práce a nekoncepčnosti. Nadměrná administrativa jak interních dokumentů, tak dokumentace k veřejným zakázkám. Nedostatečné a zastaralé IT včetně absence interního informačního systému, vše je v papírové formě.

Bylo by dobre, kdyby ubyla byrokracie a pridelovani vedoucich pracovnich pozic by melo byt dle zasluh, zkusenosti a kompetenci a ne "ze znamosti".
