Nadřízený mě káral za chyby, které jak se ukázalo nebyly mými chybami, ale omluva nepřišla. Neplacené přesčasy. Kolektiv byl fajn, prostředí rovněž.

Zřejmě s tím, že mohu projevit svou kreativitu a zlepšovat se. Benefity v podobě produktů jsou skvělou motivací k dobře odvedené práci.
Rozhodně komunikace vedení s konzultantkami a ocenění a docenění naší práce.

Nejvíce si cením lidí okolo sebe, se kterými pravidelně spolupracuji. Všichni jsou výborní kolegové i přátele. kolektiv je to, co dělá tuto firmu fungujícím celkem.
