Bohužel nepočítájí, že ženy mohou mít děti. Takže je to spíše pro mladé a bezdětné. Neumožní úpravu pracovní doby proto jsem se musela s ING rozloučit.

Velmi zajímavé benefity, skvělý kolektiv, dobrá dostupnost autem i MHD, Home-Office, skvělé firemní akce a možnost dalšího vzdělávání

Super pracovní prostředí, mezinárodní přesah, možnost vycestovat na krátkodobé vysláni, skvělý kolektiv, perfektní benefity..

Produktová školení, dobrý kolektiv. Výborné bonusy, 13.plat, slušné hodnocení práce. Z mé strany snaha pomoci klientům v rámci své pozice. Uvědomovala jsem si, že klientská podpora tvořila tvář banky. Byli jsme první, s kým měl klient možnost jednat.
Někdy nesoulad s přímým nadřízeným. Mohl více do hloubky ocenit rozsah práce s klientem.
Opportunity to learn new things
Vývoj v bankovní sféře jde neustále kupředu, nabízejí se nové technologie. Proto jsou důležitá školení.

ING Bank je stabilní mezinárodní firma s jistým finančním zázemím a tradicí. Stará se o rozvoj zaměstnanců, poskytuje produktová školení s možností karierního růstu. V neposlední řadě nabízí nadstandardní benefity.
