Naše výrobky (kola) jdou stále kupředu a naše montáž je velmi různorodá, proto se každý pracovník stále učí novým věcem, zaučení je na delší dobu, protože vyrábíme spoustu modelů kol a každé kolo má své specifika. V naší firmě nenajdete monotónní práci, proto je vhodná pro pracovníky, kteří mají rádi různorodé činnosti, také to neznamená, že potřebujeme zkušené pracovníky, umíme vše naučit, pokud je chuť pracovat.
