Možnost komunikace, rozvoje, neformální pracovní atmosféra - rodinný přístup. Flexibilní pracovní doba.
Work in a team of young people
Jde o dynamický tým, kde pracují jak mladí, tak zkušení starší kolegové. Zkušení kolegové jsou pro mladé mentory a předávají jim informace. Stejně tak tady probíhá každý týden školení a vzdělávání pořádané jak interními kolegy, tak i externisty.

Nejvyšší hodnotou ve firmě je SVOBODA. Firma rodinného typu s vysokou mírou flexibilního přístupu a možností přímé komunikace.
Menší firma, bojuje s finanční stabilitou.
