Férovosti a týmový duch. Možnost spolupodílet se na rozvoji.
Pár věcí bylo, ale po zásadních změnách ve vedení se tato nespokojenost odstranila.

Zkušenosti s vedením, asertivitou a možnosti vzdělávat se.
Chybí fér jednání, nastavování pravidel, lidé ve vedoucích pozicích jsou pouze manažeři bez empatie, lidskosti.
