Možnost rozvrh ou si svoji práci podle sebe. Možnost napravovat si hodiny a vybrat si náhradní volno (klidně i týden) vždy bez problému, nikdy nikdo nic nenamítal.
Plat - bez jakého kolik zvýšení. Některé činnosti se ukázali jako zbytečná ztráta času a energie i když tomu člověk věnoval mnoho.

Pružná pracovní doba. Přátelský kolektiv.
Mizerná personalistika. Žádné benefity. Špatné ohodnocení zaměstnanců. Přetěžování klíčových zaměstnanců...
