Firma má dobré jméno co se týče poskytovaných služeb.
Svrchované až arogantní jednání vedení, otravná dusná atmosféra, motivace strachem, obava se na cokoli zeptat. Všechno je buď požadováno nebo zakázáno směrnicí. Kafe si člověk musí nosit svoje a dovolené dostane čtyři týdny. Člověka je třeba především vyždímat, než sám odpadne.

Nedostatečné ohodnocení. Mizivá podpora při zaučení (všichni jsou zaneprázdněny). Požadavek na vysoké nasazení, které bylo ohodnoceno jen sliby.
