Důvěra v kolegy, vstřícnost, stále ještě ochota a zkušenost
Pro ruské myšlení je mimo realitu. Pravá ruka neví co dělá levá, absolutní nesystematičnost. Čím větší firma tím větší chaos. Ještě, že máme soudruhy z ruska bez nich bychom byli absolutně ztraceni...
No overtime
Přijdu na 6 končím ve 14 hod. bez ohledu na to mám-li splněno nebo ne, zítra je taky den....

Pružná pracovní doba, zkrácená pracovní doba 7,5 h/týden, příspěvek na penzijní připojištění.
Některé procesy uvnitř firmy působí dosti zastarale. Neškodila by modernizace, byť by to jistě znamenalo nějaké investice.

nezáleželo na věku ale na odvedené práci
motivovat pracovníky finančně na v závislisti na odvedené práci, bez ohledu kolik zisku formou výrobků prodaných pod cenou odplynulo do Ruska
