Bezproblémová komunikace s vedením. Malá firma, méně byrokracie. Větší volnost na pracovišti. Stravenky, příspěvek na penzijní připojištění a finační odměna před koncem roku.
Více benefitů. Zlepšit komunikaci se zaměstnanci ohledně zhodnocení jejich výkonu a více je motivovat.
