Dostala jsem cennou životní zkušenost.
Vedoucí směny se neumí slušně chovat k lidem a pokud máte s něčím problém tak vám za to ještě pomalu nadá. Se stroji je pořád nějaký problém, který právě musíte řešit. Zastání a spravedlnost tam ani nehledejte dokonce ani u mistrové ne. Kolegové jsou oblíbení jen ti co donáší a že jich tam je, ale najdou se tam i výjimky a fajn lidi. Nucené přesčasy, které se berou jako samozřejmost. Celkově shrnuto pokud vedoucí nepadnete hned do oka, tak si projdete očistcem.

Pracovní benefity, dobré platové ohodnocení, nenáročná pracovní náplň
dostatek pracovních pomůcek, lepší komunikace ze strany vedení, důvěra v zaměstnance, ne tolik přesčasových hodin
