Byla to psychicky náročná práce ale moc fajn hlavně pro lidi který mají rádi děti , nevadí ji o ně pečovat vařit, uklízet ale také se mazlit povídat si.
Myslím si že by to mohlo byt trocha lip placené, nebylo to špatné ale je to veliká zodpovědnost

pokud by bylo v mých silách více bych si stála za svými zaměstnanci, snažila se jejich nelehkou práci co nejvíce zjednodušit a vytvořit jim a jejich svěřencům co nejlepší prostředí, protože zde nejvíce se nespokojenost zaměstnanců odráží na výsledcích práce

Jedná se o mediálně známou organizaci, nebyl problém zajistit pro děti zajímavé akce (sponzorsky), často i veřejnost byla ochotná na cokoliv přispět, pomoci. Ve společnosti je práce pro FOD dobře hodnocená a ceněná.
Transparentní financování celé organizace (několik poboček), na vedoucí pozice obsazovat vzdělané zaměstnance, nikoliv dle sympatií.
