Naučila jsem se spoléhat sama na sebe a co lze vyřídit a zajistit udelat sama.
Špatná organizace prace,neferove jednani a hodnoceni.

Celkem dobrý pracovní kolektiv napříč několika odděleními. Nastavené procesy, které ale ne vždy byly dodržované.
Přístup k lidem ze strany nadřízených. Zlepšit spolupráci a komunikaci mezi jednotlivými útvary, nejsou to přeci konkurenti. Více naslouchat názorům jiných a respektovat je. Většina stávajících vedoucích je na pozici skoro jako inventář. Hodnocení pracovníků se dělo (nevím aktuální stav) hodně formálně a pozdě bez jasně definovaných kritérií. Velká skupina vedoucích užívá hodně nadstandardních benefitů, které zatěžují ekonomiku firmy. Kvalita závodního stravování není na úrovni a ochota změnit stávající stav nebyla žádná, ale je možné, že se to již změnilo.
