Mohu se spolehnout na svou nadřízenou a kolegy, možnost homeoffice. Velmi rychlé reakce na změny, pěkné zázemí.

Byla jsem mezi mlýnskými kameny. Uživatelé měli požadavky, programátoři nestíhali, a všichni na mně tlačili. Jediné pozitivum bylo, že jsem zhubla o 20 kg, protože jsem nemohla jíst. Odešla jsem v důchodovém věku i z důvodu onemocnění mé matky.
Větší pochopení pro práci v zátěžových situacích a nenaslouchat udavačům.

Nemám ráda anonymy. Velice mi vadila skutečnost, že se "donášelo" na kolegy, všichni to věděli, jen postižený ne.
Omladit vedení, zlepšit marketink.
