Celkově dost velká míra samostatnosti při rozhodování jak splnit zadaný úkol. Na druhou stranu zase někdy úkoly, na které bylo málo času a proto se nestíhaly udělat pořádně.
Pokud bylo ještě u kormidla staré vedení pak nebylo lepší firmy. S příchodem vedení nového šla organizace a především mezilidské vztahy o 100% dolů...

Nahlášení volna ze dne na den. Částečná flexibilita pracovní doby. Nevyžaduje náhradu škody za zmetkovitost.
Vnitřní struktura výroby. Lepší organizace práce. Podklady pro výrobu. Ohodnocování zaměstnanců. Systém vzdělávání.

Pracuji zde již dlouho a vždy jsem byl schopen se na všem domluvit. Ať už to byla dovolená, přesčas, změna pozice, takže jsme vždy našli nějaké řešení. Toho si velice vážím.

Kolektiv je takový jací jsou jeho členové. V práci je sranda, a můžu se spolehnout, že i když je práce míň, tak mě nevyhodí a můžu se přitom naučit něco nového. Je možnost se tu posunout na jinou pozici a to třeba i na lépe placenou.
