Práce mě bavila a snažil jsem se o zlepšování výrobních prostředků, ale u nadřízených jsem nenacházel porozumění, poněvadž tomu moc nerozuměli.
Na nic si nevzpomínám.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Hlavní důvod je že takovým lidem dají nízkou mzdu a lidi i bez jakékoli praxe se zaučí vykonávat stereotypní práce za velmi krátkou dobu.

Nebylo s čím být spokojen-práce více než na obdobné pozici jinde,hodně stresu,vyžadována práce nad rámec pozice,nedostatek lidí,špatné jednání s lidmi
Je nutná změna myšlení vedoucích pracovníků,kteří o práci svých podřízených neví zcela nic!

Skvely kolektiv nikdo na me nekricel kdyz jsem neco nevedela ale slusne mi to ukazal. Mistr se mi snazil vyjit vstric co nejvic mohl.

Pracovní kolektiv, ale ten již mnohokrát nestačí😢
Šetří se mnohdy na věcech, ktere jsou v jiných společnostech samozřejmostí.
Opportunity to work during studies
Mnoho kolegů i kolegyň si dodělávají vysokoškolské vzdělání, jsou jim umožňovány volna na zkoušky, přednášky - samozřejmě čerpají řádnou dovolenou a svou práci si musí udělat.
Work in an international environment
Společnost je součást nadnárodní společnosti, vyvážíme výrobky po evropské unii, ale není nám cizí Kanada, Hong-kong,Thajsko ......
