Dobrý tým, výborná spolupráce. Férový přístup nadřízeného, prostor pro podněty. O názory a postoje zaměstnanců ve výrobě se zajímá, ve firmě pravidelně bývá, osobně se se zaměstnanci setkává. Mnoho benefitů, možnost osobního rozvoje.

Smluvy na dobu určitou, díky které nemá šanci dělat problémy s odchodem
Investoval bych do údržby a oprav, do slušného ohodnocení pracovitých a pečlivých zaměstnanců, do kvalitního vybavení namísto šetření na místech, kde za každou ušetřenou korunu další 2 zaplatím.

Společnost Mepla s.r.o. je stabilním zaměstnavatelem, již se téměř vůbec nedotýkají propady světové ekonomiky poslední doby. Prémie na letní dovolenou a vánoční prémie jsou ve společnosti téměř pravidlem.
