Přístup vedoucího pracovníka, pokud něco nedělám podle jeho představ, nebojí se mi to 2x zopakovat i na konkrétním příkladu. Jako benefit oceňuji využítí služebního automobilu k soukromým účelům.

Velkou předností je kariérní růst. Pokud je člověk šikovný, dlouho nezůstane na nejnižší pozici. Přátelské prostředí i nadřízení. Spíš rodinná firma co si na nic nehraje.

HPP hned při nástupu. Možnost volna kdy jsem potřeboval. Jistota zaměstnání - pravidelně mzda na účtě.
Pár věcí by se našlo, ale jsou zanedbatelné. Celkově firma funguje velmi dobře.

Velká důvěra ze strany zaměstnavatele, ochota a přátelský přístup. Skvěle se dá skloubit pracovní i osobní život. Tato práce mě baví a vždy se do ní těším!

Oceňuji atmosféru rodinné firmy i na nižších pozicích. Možnost realizace. Na mnoha pozicích není problém se zaškolením nových pracovníků. Vstřícnost při plánování dovolené a volna.
Plat by mohl být vyšší.
