Ochota kolegů, vysoká flexibilita v náplni i organizaci práce. Férové jednaní od vedoucích i kolegů, pohodové pracovní prostředí. Není problém si domluvit volno pro řešení nenadálých osobních záležitosti.
Je potřeba sehnat více lidí, aby člověk nebyl v neustálém skluzu.

Získané zkušenosti, do Blixconu jsem nastoupil hned po střední škole a všichni mně byli nápomocní a vstřícní. Pokud potřebuji volno, dá se většinou domluvit na výměně směny.
Někdy výjezdy mimo pobočku.
